I'm interested to learn whether contractors who are utilizing BIM, or are involved in BIM projects, are realizing cost savings with their insurance companies? Is BIM allowing you to have fewer lifts? Fewer clashes? Have contractors opened discussions with their insurance agents to evaluate whether these projects are truly less risky? Are insurance companies taking a wait-and-see approach?
